suprise - layout / photo challenge

Life is full of surprises..

It is! I got surprised by life a couple of days ago :) It was a nice surprise and made me think even more about my life.. then I found those words by John Lennon:

It's so true! It inspired me to make a page for Color Hills with a theme - surprise. I tried to keep pensive mood here, some kind of melancholy. Hope you can see it here :) I like this layout very much, it reminds me one beautiful evening with my sweetheart. That day I was thinking a lot how can I change my life because I was unhappy doing what I do. And you know what? I just finished business class and I decided to start my own business! Yes, I decided to became a professional photographer :) Keep your fingers crossed for me, please! I know it's gonna be hard in the beginning but.. oh I'm so excited about this!

little moments - layout

Hello Monday! :)

Today I want to share with you page made for Creative Weekly on Crate Paper. We have been asked to pick one photo that inspires us and create a layout about.. celebrations! :)
What I love about my inspiration photograph is the colour scheme. Mint is my favorite colour ever and I like how it suits the soft rouge of the wheels and bicycle seat. I tried to capture it with this layout by choosing the awesome chevron patterned paper from "Fourteen" and mint alphas (American Crafts). As you can see, the cute chipboard bike from "The Pier" almost matches the actual bike, perfectly! Generally, my layout is about celebrating time I have for myself. I love to spend an hour or two alone, celebrating quiet and calm, scrapping, reading, taking photos or..riding a bike! :)

 One evening we made a BBQ with friends and they took out their dog - Lea. She was silly :)

How's your week? Any special things happened to you? I know our American friends were celebrating 4th of July this week. That's why this week's theme on Glitz Design were about our homes/countries/patriotic. Well, I'm not into partiotic feelings so much, but I do love my home :) I grew up in a home full of love and attention. My parents raised 8 kids – I’m the youngest :) Our home was always a place were we could rest, laugh, share love with each other. There is no place like this – and there won’t be any other. I picked a photo of wild flowers for my layout and you may ask why. They always remind me of my mom’s garden – full of wild plants and our kitchen table with a bouquet of it as well.

I'll tell you a beautiful story today.. She loves him and he loves her :))
This was my one of the most amazing photoshoot ever. I love every frame I took that evening. Magda and Artur did a great job posing and smiling - they couldn't be more natural. You can actually see their love, aren't you? :) Thank you guys for such a great, great time we shared - and good luck on your new, happy life!

beautiful day - gossamer blue july kit

Hello,

yay, it's July! Can you belive it? My week started super busy and super exciting too. Now, I can tell you just a small part of it - I'm starting something new - now it's time to make a business plan :) God, I can't tell how lucky I am!

With this mood, let's move to July Kits from Gossamer Blue :D You can feel summer inside those kits, I swear! It reminds me sweet lollipops, cold ice-cream and really cool waterpool. Can you feel it? :) I really love the new line What a Wonderful Day from Fancy Pants Designs. We are cooperate this month with FPD so I have another sweet layout made with this collection to show you :) Stay tuned!
